part of its Youth Music Series. We also

the New YES-IC, with Special Guest Youth
performances by Ellis Arts Academy as well
as the Rockford Park District After School
Programs @ Washington Park Center & Lewis
Lemon. Plans are becoming Reality for the
expansion of "YES" Club Sites, "SPOTLIGHT"
Youth Talent "Apollo" Showcase Events as
well as Ms. C's "It's All In Me" Workshops for
"Young Excellent Sisters" as an extension of
our "YES" Vision! More soon! Dr. King would
have been proud of our efforts!

We are proud to work with the
Rockford Park District After School
Programs @ Lewis Lemon and
Washington Park Community Center!
Carl and Dianna Cole have been having a Fantastic time working
with the Kids @ these After School Programs! "YES" Workshops
and Songs have become a highly desired Activity on Fridays! "Power
of UNITY" Songs are taught and discussed as they are with the
YES-IC for the purpose of combining Children from both Sites with
the YES-IC for several performances! Besides being Musically
Talented, the Students are also extremely perceptive of every
Character Building Exercise, giving exciting and interesting feedback,
straight from the Heart. The Workshops were made possible by a
Grant from the IL Association of Park Districts. Sessions started on
November 14th and ended on January 16th. Students were allowed
to participate in our Dr. King Celebration on the 19th! It was
inevitable to continue the Sessions throughout the rest of the
Semester, even with NO Funds. Our Fundraising efforts will help us
to expand that Vision! The MASS YES-IC participated in the
Rockford Park District's Centennial Celebration Event on March
27th @ the Rockford College Maddox Theatre. Moreover, we hope
to be able to implement "YES" Clubs @ many of the other RPD
After School Sites! SOON to Croon...

"When We Wait On Him", "One By One", "I've Learned To Be Content", "Jesus Gives Me Joy", "God's Peace", "Think On These Things", "Let It
